Choose an inspection for the decision you face

A condition review and a diagnostic visit serve different needs. An inspection has an agreed review scope; a diagnostic visit investigates the specific problem you report. Tell us which decision you are preparing to make.

Confirm the scope before scheduling

• The equipment and visible areas included in the review.
• Whether and how available equipment will be operated.
• The report contents, delivery timing and any transaction deadline.
• Access requirements and limitations that could affect the visit.

Understand what a report can establish

The report should distinguish observed conditions from items needing further investigation. It is not automatically a structural certification, concealed leak test or electrical compliance certification.

If the pool is not operational or access is restricted, the report should identify those limitations. Share that information when arranging the inspection.
