Standard diagnostic · $150
Diagnosis of your reported pool issue, with a written repair estimate. $75 credited toward the larger solution, if needed. If we cannot find a solution, we’ll refund your $150 diagnostic fee.
Heater & heat pump diagnostic · $275
$75 credited toward a repair, or $275 credited if a new heater is needed.
Before you call
Have your service address, equipment make and model, and a short description of the issue ready. If you have already booked, your booking reference or Stripe receipt will help us find the request.
Scheduling
Diagnostic visits take place within 3 business days of payment, unless you request a later date. Business days are Monday–Friday. We’ll confirm your service day and call that morning with an arrival time.
Ask about a preferred date or free ASAP standby. Earlier visits depend on an opening, equipment access, and your permission to visit without you home.
