Booking, pricing, and your visit

What does a diagnostic visit cost?
A standard Diagnostic Visit is $150 for diagnosis of your reported pool issue and a written repair estimate. $75 is credited toward the larger solution, if needed. If we cannot find a solution, we’ll refund the $150 diagnostic fee.
What do heater and heat pump diagnostics cost?
Heater and heat pump diagnostics are $275. You receive a $75 credit if it is a repair, or a $275 credit if a new heater is needed. Call (813) 585-4843 to book this visit.
How much is a pool home inspection?
A pool home inspection is $375 and takes place within 3 business days of payment, unless you request a later date. Add $125 for a rush inspection by the end of the second calendar day after payment: $500 total. Weekends count; dates use Eastern Time. Call (813) 585-4843 to book.
How does 2-day rush service work?
Yes. Add $125 to a pool diagnostic, heater or heat pump diagnostic, or pool home inspection. Rush totals are $275, $400 and $500 respectively. Your visit is due by the end of the second calendar day after payment. Pay Sunday and we visit by the end of Tuesday. Weekends count; dates use Eastern Time. This covers the visit; any repair or replacement work is quoted separately. Call (813) 585-4843 to arrange rush service. For a later preferred date, choose standard scheduling.
How is free ASAP standby different from paid rush?
Paid rush adds $125 for a visit by the end of the second calendar day after payment. Weekends count; dates use Eastern Time. Free ASAP standby lets us visit earlier if an opening becomes available, with a call about 30 minutes before arrival. Standby requires accessible equipment and permission to visit without you home; an earlier opening is not guaranteed.
When will my diagnostic visit take place?
Within 3 business days of payment, unless you request a later date. Business days are Monday–Friday. We’ll confirm your service day and call that morning with an arrival time.
Can I request an earlier visit or a specific date?
Yes. Tell us your preferred date when you call; we’ll confirm availability. You can also request free ASAP standby if the equipment is accessible and we may visit without you home. If an earlier opening becomes available, we’ll call about 30 minutes before arrival.
Does the diagnostic price include the repair?
The diagnostic identifies the reported problem. Repair or replacement work is quoted separately. We’ll explain the findings and estimate before you decide whether to proceed.
Do you service my equipment and address?
We service a 40-mile radius from Tampa ZIP 33607. See our service areas and share your full pool address, equipment make and model, and any error code. For Brooksville or an address near the edge, call (813) 585-4843 to confirm coverage before booking.
What is included in a Diagnostic Visit?
Diagnosis of your reported pool issue and a written repair estimate. This focused visit is different from a separate visual pool inspection. Repairs, replacement equipment, and additional project work are quoted separately.
What information should I send before the visit?
Your full service address, a short description of the problem, and the equipment make and model if available. An error code or a clear photo of the equipment label can help us prepare. Let us know about gate access and whether you need to be present.
Can you tell me the repair price before a diagnostic?
The cost depends on the cause, equipment model, required parts, and access. A symptom such as a pump that won’t start can have several causes. We’ll provide a written estimate after diagnosing the issue, instead of treating an online price range as your repair quote.
Does a heater error code mean I need a new heater?
An error code is a starting point, not a replacement decision. Gas heaters and electric heat pumps use different heating systems, and water flow, controls, and equipment condition can affect operation. Our heater diagnostic helps determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
What if the repair needs parts?
We’ll explain the proposed parts and work in your estimate. Part availability and the scope of the repair affect the completion date. Your confirmed diagnostic visit is not a promise that every repair will be finished that day.
Do I need to be home?
Let us know what access is available. For free ASAP standby, your equipment must be accessible and you must authorize a visit without you home. We’ll call about 30 minutes before an earlier visit. Earlier service depends on an opening and may be before your preferred date.
How do I request free ASAP standby?
Ask for free ASAP standby when booking. Your equipment must be accessible, and you must authorize service without you home. We’ll call about 30 minutes before an earlier visit. Standby is optional and depends on an opening.
Is a preferred date confirmed automatically?
No. A preferred date is a request; we’ll confirm availability. If you choose a later date, your visit can take place after the usual 3-business-day period. Your confirmed service day and your requested date are shown separately in booking confirmations.
How do I pay and confirm my booking?
For online bookings, payment is completed through Stripe. Payment method availability is shown at checkout. Keep your payment receipt. Payment confirms the purchase; our team then confirms the service day. If checkout is interrupted, check the payment status or call us before paying again.
Is unexplained water loss always a leak?
Water loss can come from evaporation, splash-out, a plumbing or equipment leak, or other causes. Track changes and note any wet areas around equipment. Leak detection helps determine what needs testing; a symptom alone does not identify the source or establish a repair price.
What should I ask about warranty coverage?
Ask for the applicable parts and labor terms in the repair estimate. Coverage can vary by part, manufacturer, installation, and the work performed. Existing manufacturer coverage may also affect your repair options.
How can I check your contractor license?
Our listed Florida contractor license number is CPC1460147. You can check current status through the Florida DBPR license search. Contact us if you need documentation for your project.
Do you offer ongoing pool cleaning?
For recurring maintenance, visit our sister company CleanMyPool and confirm service availability for your address. Repair diagnostics and ongoing cleaning are different services.
