Find the cause before choosing a part
Loss of prime can involve an air leak, water supply or a restriction. A leak near the motor can have a different repair from a cracked pump housing. We focus the visit on the symptom you report instead of assuming the whole pump has failed.
Repair or replace?
The decision depends on the fault, the condition of the pump, compatible parts and repair cost. If replacement makes more sense, the estimate will explain the proposed equipment and installation work.
A photo of the model label and a short video of the noise can help us prepare. Note when the problem started and whether anything changed just before it.

Does a noisy pump always need a new motor?
No. Noise is a symptom, not a confirmed diagnosis. The source needs to be checked before a motor or complete pump is recommended.
Will the diagnostic fee cover the repair?
The diagnostic visit and repair are separate. You receive a written repair estimate and the applicable diagnostic credit before deciding on the work.
Can you fix it during the diagnostic visit?
That depends on the fault, parts and approved work. The booking window is for the diagnostic visit; it is not a repair-completion guarantee.
