For a heating fault, heater and heat pump diagnostics are $275. For another reported equipment issue, the standard diagnostic may apply. Describe the problem so the service can be matched correctly.

Does overnight spa water loss identify the failed valve?
No. When the level changes helps with diagnosis, but it does not by itself establish a particular failed part.
Is a spa heater included in the standard diagnostic price?
Heater and heat pump diagnostics are $275, including a heating issue affecting an attached spa. The applicable credit is $75 toward repair or $275 toward a needed new heater.
Do you service all standalone hot tubs?
Call first with the model. This page primarily covers attached spas that share pool equipment; standalone models need service confirmation.
