Bring the history with the sample results
- When the appearance changed and whether it has happened before.
- Recent test results, treatments and any water replacement.
- Whether the pump and filter are operating normally.
- Photos of the water or affected surface in daylight.

Water conditions and circulation may both need consideration. The visit focuses on the issue you describe; specialized tests or cleanup work are confirmed as needed rather than automatically bundled into every diagnostic.
A treatment plan with a reason
We explain the findings and recommended treatment or equipment work before you approve a service. If a recurring maintenance issue is the main need, ongoing pool care may be more appropriate than repeated repair visits.
Clear-looking water alone does not establish that sanitizer and pH are in range. Water testing remains part of routine pool care.

Will you test for every possible contaminant?
No. This is a focused diagnostic, not an unlimited laboratory panel. Any additional testing and fees should be confirmed based on the issue.
Does cloudy water mean the pool must be drained?
No. The cause should be assessed before water replacement is recommended. Treatment or an equipment correction may be the appropriate next step.
Is water-quality diagnosis the same as weekly cleaning?
No. Diagnosis investigates a reported issue. Routine maintenance is an ongoing service with its own scope and price.
