What helps us plan the work
- A recent photo showing the pool and water condition.
- How long the pool has been green and any treatments already used.
- Whether the pump runs and the filter has had recent service.
- Any recent test results and visible debris on the floor.
Recovery and equipment work may differ
Algae treatment, debris removal and filter work are not the same as repairing a failed pump or salt system. We discuss the condition and identify the proposed services so you understand what is included.
Understand the cleanup scope
The proposal should explain the planned work, whether additional visits are expected and how progress will be assessed. Treatment and equipment findings determine the next steps; a fixed overnight recovery is not promised.
After recovery, regular water testing and maintenance are still needed. A cleanup does not guarantee algae can never return.
Questions before you book
Is green-pool cleanup included in a diagnostic fee?
No. Diagnosis and the cleanup service are separate. We clarify the work and provide the relevant estimate before treatment is approved.
Do I need to drain a green pool?
Not automatically. The water, surface condition and equipment need assessment before a drain is recommended.
Can I swim as soon as the water looks blue?
Appearance alone is not enough. Sanitizer and pH need to be checked, and any treatment-specific return-to-use instructions must be followed.
