Show us the area, not just the puddle
A wide photo of the equipment pad and a close photo of the wet area help show how the components connect. Note whether the leak appears continuously or only when the pump runs.
Focus on the affected connection

Define the scope before rebuilding

Questions before you book
Does every puddle mean a pipe has failed?
No. Water can travel from a nearby component before collecting at the pad. Identifying its source is the first step.
Is the equipment pad the same as underground plumbing?
No. Accessible connections at the equipment can require a different investigation from a buried line. Any additional testing or access work should be confirmed separately.
Can a small leak be repaired without replacing all the plumbing?
Sometimes. The location, component condition and accessibility determine whether a localized repair is appropriate.
