Everything you need to know about our services, pricing, and service area.

🕐 Scheduling & Response Time
Most diagnostic visits are scheduled the same week you book. For urgent pool emergencies — equipment failures, major leaks, or unsafe water — our Emergency Service offers 24–48 hour response across the entire Tampa Bay area.
Yes. Our Emergency Service ($275) provides priority 24–48 hour scheduling. This includes all diagnostic services and a $75 credit toward any repair booked with us. It's the fastest way to get a technician to your pool.
You don't need to be inside your home, but we do need someone available to provide pool access and be reachable to review our findings. Our technician will walk you through everything discovered during the visit.
🔧 Services & Repairs
We handle a full range of pool repairs including:
  • Pool pumps & motors
  • Filters (cartridge, sand, DE)
  • Pool heaters & heat pumps
  • Salt chlorine generators
  • Automation & control systems
  • Pool lights (LED & fiber optic)
  • Leak detection & repair
  • Plumbing (pipes, valves, unions)
Our Diagnostic Visit ($150) includes a complete equipment inspection, water chemistry analysis, identification of all issues, and a detailed written repair estimate. You receive a $75 credit toward any repair booked with us after the visit.
Pool School ($325) is a 2-hour hands-on training session where one of our technicians teaches you everything about maintaining your own pool — water chemistry & balancing, your monthly maintenance schedule, how to operate your pump, filter, timer, and lights, and how to troubleshoot the most common issues. Great for new pool owners or anyone wanting to save on monthly service costs.
After the diagnostic, we'll provide a written quote covering parts and labor. We source quality replacement parts for all major brands. Most common components — pumps, motors, filters, heaters — can be sourced and installed within a few days of approval.
Pool pump repair in Tampa typically ranges from $150–$450 depending on the issue. Our diagnostic visit is $150 and includes a $75 credit toward any repair. You'll receive a written estimate before we start any work — no surprises, ever.
Try the bucket test: fill a bucket with pool water, place it on a step, and mark both levels. After 24 hours, if the pool lost more water than the bucket, you likely have a leak. Losing more than ¼ inch per day is a red flag. Call us and we'll pinpoint the source using pressure testing and dye testing.
Florida's intense heat causes some evaporation, but significant water loss usually points to a structural crack, failing pipe fitting, leaking skimmer, or equipment pad plumbing issue. We use professional leak detection equipment to find the exact source quickly — no guesswork.
Yes — our technicians are trained on all major brands: Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, Sta-Rite, AquaLink, iAqualink, and more. We service both older equipment and the latest smart pool automation systems.
Yes. All parts and labor are backed by a warranty. Specific terms depend on the repair and parts used — your technician will review everything clearly with you before work begins.
